We can also use information about your visit and web surfing, as well as all other visitors, to identify trends, preferences, etc. All of this information will be treated statistically to improve our content and services, and never to personally identify any of our subscribers.

With this website, the cinELmotion Consortium aims to promote education in film making and make resources for promoting Film Education available, and promote the development of media literacy among young people. Our goal is to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of any information appearing on the website and therefore endeavour to correct any error pointed out. However, the cinELmotion Consortium assumes no responsibility in relation to the misuse of information featured on this website.

The website provider, responsible for the website, makes this document available to users with the objective of meeting the obligations provided for in Law 34/2002 of Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and inform all users of the website what the conditions of use are.

Any person accessing this site assumes the role of user and as such commits to rigorously observe the provisions herein, as well as any other legal provision that may apply. The provider reserves the right to change any information that may appear on the website, without the obligation of any prior notice to the user, and it is deemed as sufficient to publish the changes on the website.

The website provider is relieved of any liability in relation to the Information published on its website, provided that this information has been altered or introduced by a third party unconnected to it.

This site has been reviewed and it has been tested to ensure that works correctly. In principle, you can expect it to operate properly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The cinELmotion Consortium only discloses information to third parties if necessary to achieve the purpose stated above. The cinELmotion Consortium will not disclose your personal data for  advertising campaigns or other purposes different to those stated;

If you do not want to receive Newsletters forward an email indicating "unsubscribe" in the subject field. 

• Data is saved for the duration of both the project and the CinELmotion Consortium, and only for the agreed purpose, ie the data is only stored for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of its collection or further processing;

• The database will be stored within the firewall of the Content Manager of the Platform, to which access is permitted only for the project leader, EAVI and Mizar Multimedia. All identification data is kept secure by restricting access to any person outside the management of the platform.

You have the right to request a copy of your personal information record, and to correct errors if there are any. If you would like to  make any amendments, or alterations or delete your account please refer to the contact address above.

Treatment of emails received

We will only collect the data from emails sent to us that is necessary in order to reply. If the person who manages the platform cannot respond directly, he will ask the other partners but will never share the senders personal information. Please contact us if you have any questions about the processing of email addresses, mail and related personal data. If you find anything to be incorrect please notify us if so we can correct it as soon as possible. The platform provides links to third party websites and since we cannot control these links, please read their privacy policies carefully.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text and / or graphics are property of the provider or, if this is not the case, they have become "links" that can be used strictly for non-profit educational or cultural initiatives.
